Unlike generic B2B directory portals that expose supplier contact numbers, product pricing, and buyer leads to open search engine scraping and unsolicited marketing, InTouch operates as a private commercial sourcing and trading house.
1. Protection of Buyer Intellectual Property & Technical Drawings
All 2D engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, tolerance standards, target formulations, and proprietary tooling designs submitted by international buyers are treated as strictly confidential commercial assets.
Drawings are shared exclusively with pre-screened manufacturing engineering departments under explicit non-disclosure conditions solely for quotation calculation and production evaluation.
2. Confidentiality of Indian Supplier Submissions
Manufacturing capability registrations, factory floor addresses, production capacities, GSTIN/IEC credentials, and pricing structures submitted through our partner portal are held in strict internal confidence.
We do not publish a public directory of suppliers. Your factory information is never visible to competitors or unauthorized third parties.
3. Manual Internal Due Diligence
Submitting a capability profile or business documents does not automatically grant "Verified", "Approved", or "Certified" status. Verification is an internal, multi-point due diligence process carried out by InTouch management.
4. Pricing & Commercial Terms Privacy
Quotes, proforma invoices, Incoterms calculations, and payment terms agreed with buyers are confidential. We never disclose one buyer's commercial terms to another client.
